Job description

We’re Zensai. As a solution, we are the only fully comprehensive talent development suite built for Microsoft 365 and Teams. Our products, Learn365, Engage365, and Perform365, empower people and businesses to unleash their full potential through personalized learning, engagement, and performance management. As a company, we are a talented group of more than 200+ individuals with a mission to put people in control of their own success — empowering them every day to be their best version. Truly focused. Truly motivated. Truly thriving.

We believe in putting people over platform, centering authentic relationship building with our customers, and helping to transform the way people grow smarter.

We are hiring a Full‑stack Product Engineer to join a small, cross‑functional Agile team within the Learn 365 product. The role focuses on delivering customer value through close collaboration with product management and engineering peers, combining strong technical execution with a product‑oriented mindset. Learn 365 is a SaaS learning management system designed for enterprise customers as part of the Human Success Platform. The product is built on a Microsoft‑oriented technology stack and is evolving to incorporate AI‑driven features to stay competitive in the market.

Job requirements

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in .NET and TypeScript (3+ years) to join our AI team and help take our product capabilities to the next level.

This role goes beyond traditional development—it involves:

  • Driving the design and implementation of AI-powered features

  • Collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Continuously exploring and evaluating emerging AI technologies

  • Rapid prototyping and efficiently bringing innovations into production

  • Actively contributing to the evolution toward agentic engineering practices

You’ll be joining a small, high-impact team (3 engineers total+1 QA), where ownership, initiative, and innovation are essential. This is one of several small teams that use a Scrum‑based Agile process with two‑week sprints and monthly releases

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain features across both backend and frontend

  • Actively participate in shaping product functionality by questioning, refining, and improving requirements

  • Collaborate with the product manager to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Contribute ideas and prototypes, especially around emerging AI capabilities

  • Maintain code quality while focusing on pragmatic delivery of value

  • Communicate effectively within a small, fast‑moving team

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong product mindset: interest in why features are built, not just how

  • Full‑stack readiness with experience in: .NET/C#/TypeScript/React

  • Ability to move fluidly between backend and frontend without strict specialization

  • Solid understanding of SaaS application development

  • Good theoretical and practical engineering fundamentals

AI and Innovation Expectations

  • Curiosity and hands‑on interest in AI technologies

  • Willingness to experiment, prototype, and help define standards for AI features

  • Proactive approach to applying new technical ideas in a production‑ready way

Soft Skills and Mindset

  • Strong communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly

  • Comfortable collaborating closely in a small team environment

  • Product‑oriented thinking rather than task‑only execution

  • Open to feedback and discussion; willing to challenge assumptions constructively

  • Sense of ownership over results and delivered value

Interview Process

  • Single interview round, typically around two hours

  • Interview involves up to three interviewers (engineering leadership and team representatives)

  • Structured in three parts: Behavioral discussion focused on past experience and problem handling; Short theoretical questions on relevant technologies; Live code reading and coding exercises via screen sharing

Location and Work Model

  • Hiring focused in Poland (for example Warsaw and other major cities)

  • Hybrid work model; on‑site presence encouraged but not strictly required

  • Flexibility depending on individual circumstances and team needs

Remote, Hybrid
  • Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland
  • Krakow, Małopolskie, Poland
  • Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland
  • Poznan, Wielkopolskie, Poland
