What to expect
Every role is a little different, but here’s the flow you can usually expect when you apply at Zensai:
Apply Send us your application through our Careers page. We’ll take a close look at your experience and potential.
First chat A short call with one of our Talent Partners. It’s a chance for you to share your story and for us to answer your first questions.
Digging deeper We explore how you think and what lights you up. You’ll meet the hiring manager and sometimes 1-2 future teammates.
Show us your skills Depending on the role, there might be a small task or case exercise included in one of your interviews. It’s never about perfection, it’s about seeing how you think and approach problems.
Final conversation A chance to connect with leaders or other team members, tie up loose ends, and make sure it feels like a good fit on both sides. We’ll answer all your big questions.
Hearing back from us Whether the news is good or not, you’ll hear from us. We know how much effort goes into applying and interviewing, so we make sure to close the loop every time. Depending on how far along you are in the process, we’ll do our best to share a few constructive notes to help you grow or reflect for next time.
Offer & welcome If we both agree it’s the right match, we’ll share the details and get you ready for your first day. From there, our onboarding helps you settle in and start strong.
You will notice we try to structure the interviews, to keep the process fair and unbiased. Asking everyone the same questions, will help us achive this.

You’re welcome to use AI to refine your application for clarity or tone, but keep it true to your own story. Avoid using AI to invent experiences or generate full answers during tasks or interviews — we want to understand how you think and work.
If you’ve used AI to prepare your materials, you’re welcome to mention it. We value honesty and authenticity more than polished language.
