Role Overview 

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our existing customers. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, focused on renewals, expansions, and long-term client success. By understanding customer needs and aligning them with Zensai’s learning solutions, you’ll strengthen partnerships, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring on-time renewals and long-term retention for our North American clients 

  • Proactively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts. 

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction. 

  • Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions. 

  • Leverage data and insights to uncover growth opportunities and demonstrate value. 

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to improve our offerings. 

What You Bring 

  • Positive and growth mindset with a default to proactivity 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, in SaaS or technology (preferably HR technology) 

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through renewals and expansion. 

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels. 

  • Business acumen to understand customer challenges and connect them to Zensai’s solutions. 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven account management and accurate forecasting 

  • A proactive, accountable problem-solving mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
