Tell me about the role 

As Senior Human Success Manager at Zensai, you’ll play a key role in shaping our Learning, Employee Engagement, and Performance Enablement practices. Using our Human Success Platform, you’ll create meaningful employee experiences, generate insights, and drive engagement across the organization. 

You’ll be responsible for implementing data-driven HR practices, optimizing learning programs, and designing initiatives that enhance performance and success at Zensai. This is an opportunity to make a real impact—transforming our approach to human success while helping shape the future of work. 

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about HR program management, digital HR tools, and people analytics. You’ll collaborate across teams to build, enhance, and execute best-in-class HR practices that empower employees and drive growth. 

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement: 

  • Facilitate our Voice of Employee program utilizing the engagement surveys and continuous check-in features in our Engage365 product as well as driving yearly Great Place To Work surveys etc.  

  • Strategize and implement engagement-enhancing initiatives, products, and processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. 

Learning & Development: 

  • Leverage our Learn365 product to deliver impactful e-learning and training experiences. 

  • Drive our transformation toward becoming a skills-based organization 

Performance Enablement: 

  • Design and facilitate initiatives, products, and processes to unlock high performance across Zensai. 

  • Lead our Performance & Development Conversations to drive career growth and employee success. 

  • Support goal-setting, incentive structures, and performance measurement frameworks. 

  • Leverage our Perform365 product to design and deliver impactful experiences 

People analytics 

  • Analyze all Voice of Employee data, report on progress, find new insights, and circle in on themes.  

  • Ensure relevant stakeholders are informed about your findings and we process and develop action plans where needed 

  • Ensure we build and monitor feedback loops in all Human Success products and practices we roll out to the organization 

  • Report on monthly KPIs as part of our executive briefing across different systems 

  • Contribute to defining and implementing new HS KPIs 

  • Collaborate with relevant systems owners and our Data, Infrastructure and Analytics team where needed to ensure access to relevant data or analysis 

Cross-functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate well with employees, managers, and senior leaders to drive human success 

  • Share expertise and provide insights to our product teams to further enhance our Human Success platform. 

  • Support Customer Success Managers, Sales and Marketing teams by sharing best practices with our customer community. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor in organizational change management related to human success practices. 

A day in the life of a Senior Human Success Manager 

Your day might start with analyzing employee engagement data, identifying trends, and sharing insights with leadership to drive strategic decisions. From there, your workday could include: 

  • Running engagement initiatives, including Voice of Employee programs and annual Great Place to Work surveys. 

  • Using Learn365 to create and optimize e-learning and development programs. 

  • Leading Performance & Development Conversations and designing frameworks that support career growth. 

  • Leveraging data to measure employee success and ensure continuous improvement. 

  • Partnering with teams across the organization to align human success practices with business objectives. 

Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with product teams, sales, and marketing to refine our Human Success Platform and share best practices with our customer community. 

What you bring 

  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, learning & development, performance enablement, or people analytics. 

  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into action. 

  • Experience with HR tech platforms (HRIS, LMS, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management tools). 

  • A strategic yet hands-on mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Business proficiency in English. 

What makes you stand out 

  • Experience in HR product design or digital transformation. 

  • A background in organizational change management. 

  • Familiarity with employee engagement tools like EngagePulse or Great Place to Work surveys.
