Job description

Job Summary

We believe the future of work will be defined by the intelligent partnership between humans and technology. AI will transform how we work, make decisions, and collaborate — but its greatest value will come when it amplifies human creativity, empathy, and judgment. Our People & Culture function exists to ensure our workforce thrives in this new era: building AI literacy, fostering adaptability, and designing work environments that are inclusive, flexible, and purpose-driven. We are committed to helping every employee navigate change, grow their skills, and remain at the heart of our success story. This role is pivotal in enabling our Go-To-Market teams — and the broader organization — to thrive in an AI-driven, constantly evolving world of work.

As the Global GTM HR Business Partner & US HR Subject Matter Expert, you will partner closely with leaders and teams to unlock human potential, integrate AI responsibly into our ways of working, and future-proof our workforce. You will coach and develop employees, managers, and teams as part of our Journey to Human Success, helping them navigate rapid change, build future-ready skills, and embrace technology as an enabler of growth. The ideal candidate blends deep People & Culture expertise with curiosity and fluency in AI-enabled ways of working, organizational design, and human-centric change management.

This is an individual contributor role with high strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manager Enablement & AI-Ready Leadership

  • Coach and develop managers to lead high-performing, adaptive teams in a hybrid, AI-enabled environment.

  • Equip leaders with the skills to balance human connection and technological leverage, making AI an accelerator for — not a replacement of — human impact.

Employee Coaching & Career Growth

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to employees to support career development, resilience, and digital fluency.

  • Help employees understand how AI will shape their roles and careers, and guide them toward upskilling and reskilling opportunities.

Team Development & Collaboration

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure we hire people with both role expertise and future skills (adaptability, digital literacy, AI readiness).

  • Facilitate cross-cultural, cross-functional collaboration between GTM, product, engineering, design, and support teams.

  • Design and deliver workshops that integrate future of work trends, AI adoption, and Human Success principles.

Organizational Success & Future Workforce Planning

  • Align coaching and development initiatives with organizational strategy, ensuring people and AI strategies move in lockstep.

  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate future skill needs and build pathways to close gaps through development, recruitment, or automation.

  • Play a key role in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and transformation initiatives.

Change Leadership & Human Success Advocacy

  • Guide leaders and teams through AI-enabled process changes, role evolution, and new work models.

  • Act as an ambassador for Human Success, ensuring technology adoption enhances — not erodes — employee engagement and wellbeing.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Coach and educate leaders on leadership skills, AI literacy, and Human Success principles.

  • Provide a trusted sounding board for leaders on people, performance, and change.

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and fairness.

  • Design and facilitate training programs on leadership, collaboration, and AI-enabled ways of working.

  • Partner with leaders on compensation decisions and salary reviews.

  • Drive succession planning and talent mapping in alignment with future skill requirements.

  • Support continuous performance feedback and data-driven people decisions using AI-enhanced HR analytics.

  • Monitor trends and metrics to proactively shape people strategies.
