Tell me about the role.
The Revenue Analyst Student Worker is a key member of Zensai's Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Global Operational Excellence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our CRM systems running smoothly and ensuring data accuracy to support our revenue functions. Your key tasks will include processing workflows for Account, Opportunity, and Subscription records, verifying digital documentation, and creating lead records in Partner Hub.
With the guidance and training provided, you’ll gain hands-on experience in revenue operations and play a key role in maintaining our CRM's cleanliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
A day in the life of a Revenue Analyst
You start your day by grabbing your favourite morning beverage and checking the CRM system to ensure that everything is up to date and running smoothly. You’ll manage workflows for Accounts, Opportunities, and Subscriptions, making sure all data is correctly processed.
In the afternoon, you’ll create new lead records in Partner Hub and verify documentation to ensure it aligns with the CRM. You might also spend time supporting CRM clean-up and maintenance activities to keep things organized and efficient.
By the end of the day, you’ll review any outstanding tasks, ensuring all data is in order for the next day’s operations. You’ll finish your day knowing you’ve helped keep our revenue operations on track!
What experience are we looking for?
- Experience working with CRM systems: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or Salesforce (Partner) is preferred.
- Understanding of annual subscription models and related reporting/operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and data integrity.
- Recently graduated or currently studying at an accredited college/university in a business or technology-related field.
