Tell me about the role.

Are you a law student looking for a collaborative and untraditional path into the legal industry? As a Legal Assistant on our team, you'll work directly with our General Counsel, who has over a decade of experience at top-tier law firms and proven record of mentoring students and new graduates. This isn’t just another assistant job—you’ll take on real projects from day one, with the freedom to shape your own path and grow into the role that’s right for you.


You’ll get hands-on experience early, jumping right into major initiatives like mergers and acquisitions (M&A). You'll be part of key decisions and strategies, gaining exposure to areas of law that many don’t see until much later in their careers. Plus, you'll have the chance to lead projects, giving you the confidence and skills that will set you apart.

The Legal Assistant role is a 15 hours/week position and will be a vital member of our Legal team, reporting to our General Counsel & VP.


A day in the life of a Legal Assistant

As a Legal Assistant at Zensai, your day begins with a brief catch-up session with the General Counsel & VP. Here, you'll discuss the progress on current tasks and outline upcoming work, ensuring any potential blockers are addressed promptly. This collaborative approach is key to maintaining smooth progress across the team.


Next, you dive into your tasks, which may involve drafting contracts, reviewing compliance documents, or conducting legal research. Your contributions help shape the direction of projects and ensure alignment with our team goals. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal insights that support business initiatives.


Throughout the day, you engage in Teams calls with fellow team members to collaborate on shared tasks, troubleshoot issues, and brainstorm solutions. Clear communication and teamwork are essential for resolving challenges and pushing projects forward.

This position is based in Aarhus, HQ.

  • Within an average of 35 days (we always like to shoot for sooner than later) you’ll know if it’s a “Yes, please!” or a “Maybe later” for joining our team.
