Job description
As a GTM Insights Analyst at Zensai you will be responsible for driving actionable insights across the Revenue Organization, proactively identifying revenue leakages and working cross-functionally ensuring effective GTM execution. While reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will be working closely with the GTM Operations team, Marketing Operations, Data Insights & Analytics as well FP&A on continuously improving our reporting capabilities, making sure that all commercial functions have data readily available supporting the day-to-day decision-making process. Key Responsibilities
Monthly GTM Reporting: Prepare and develop the monthly GTM report, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the Revenue Organization.
Growth Modeling: Build and manage the Zensai GTM Growth Model to forecast performance, inform GTM investments and support strategic planning.
Reporting Optimization: Drive continuous improvements to the Zensai reporting setup and approach, ensuring scalability and clarity.
Business Reviews: Support ad-hoc business reviews with tailored analysis and performance narratives.
Commission Calculations: Prepare attainment calculations enabling Finance run monthly/Quarterly Commission Calculations
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a Strategy Consultant or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data visualization platforms.
Experience in SaaS business models and metrics.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility on working hours due to US collaboration requirement (mainly east-, and on rare occasions west-coast)
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with GTM strategy frameworks and revenue operations.
Experience with Growth Modeling and Forecasting.
Exposure to commission structures and incentive planning.
Ability to break down complex processes for themselves and others
