Growth Marketing Manager

🚀 We’re building Zensai’s new growth engine — and we’re looking for the next two people to help us fire it up.

Here’s the picture:
Jamie (our AI champion in marketing) is leading a lean, ambitious growth team. Caroline manages our email marketing programs while driving marketplaces like G2 and Microsoft AppSource. Mihai builds our web backbone that keeps it all running. Together, they’re reshaping how Zensai grows — from generating demand all the way through to optimizing buyer journeys.

Now, we’re bringing in two Growth Marketing Managers to complete the puzzle.

You’ll be:
📈 Owning and optimizing paid search, SEO, paid social, and marketplace campaigns
🌍 Designing strategies that look different in the US, DACH, and ANZ — because one-size-fits-none
🎨 Partnering with Rebecca and the brand/content team when creative needs a sharper edge
🤖 Using AI every day — for automation, analysis,  creative, and testing — to scale what works and kill what doesn’t
🔧 Breaking things, fixing them better, and reducing CAC along the way

🛠️ The process:
We like to keep things clear and straightforward. You’ll start with a short call with our talent team, then meet Jamie (your future manager) for a deeper conversation. In the final stage, you’ll work through a scenario-based exercise with Jamie and Donal — so we can see how you think, not just what’s on your CV.
