Job description

We’re looking for someone who makes things happen.

As our Events Marketing Manager, you’ll be the person who turns plans into action. You’ll take the lead on organising our biggest brand moments—bringing our team to life at in-person events and webinars that actually drive results.

You won’t need to be the loudest person at the booth. But you will be the one who booked it on time, chased the artwork, briefed the speakers, ordered the snacks, and made sure every lead ended up where it should.

This is a role for someone who loves a checklist, thrives on coordination, and wants to own the delivery of high-impact marketing moments.

What you’ll be doing

📅 Run the end-to-end delivery of our field events and webinars
📦 Own every logistical detail—booths, vendors, bookings, swag, follow-up
🤝 Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Community to make each event land
📈 Ensure leads are captured, uploaded, and followed up in HubSpot
♻️ Repurpose webinar content into blogs, clips, and nurture assets

About you

  • You’ve co-driven event logistics or webinars before (even as an assistant)

  • You’re organised, proactive, and process-driven—no detail slips through

  • You’re confident working across teams and chasing down deliverables

  • You’ve shown you can follow structure, but also spot opportunities to improve

  • You enjoy execution and take real pride in getting things over the line

If you’re someone who loves bouncing from one new idea to the next, or prefers coming up with the vision rather than delivering the details, this role might feel frustrating. We welcome creative thinking—but once we align on the plan, we need someone who will drive it through to the final follow-up email, down to the last timestamped video clip. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in getting things done properly, not just dreaming them up.
