Customer Success Manager (maternity cover)

We’re looking for someone who builds trust and brings clarity.

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll work with some of our biggest clients to help them get real value from our platforms, and make their success feel easy.

You won’t need a playbook to get started. But you will need curiosity, calm, and a proactive mindset. Whether it’s onboarding a new customer, guiding a business review, or surfacing insights that drive change, you’ll be the trusted partner that clients rely on.

This is a role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, stays composed under pressure, and builds trust through insight and initiative. You naturally align people, communicate with clarity, and uncover the best ways to help customers succeed.

What you’ll be doing

🧭 Help new customers get up and running, and build long-term partnerships
📞 Stay close to clients through regular calls, check-ins, and advisory sessions

📈 Run business reviews and share insights with product teams

About you

• You’ve built and managed customer relationships before (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar)

• You’re confident managing relationships and can steer a room—even remotely

• You’ve worked in a SaaS company—ideally in HR, L&D, or learning tech

• You enjoy building structure, but don’t need a playbook to get started
