Job description

We’re looking for someone who knows how to bring people together.

As our Community Marketing Manager, you’ll be the person who helps our customers feel seen, supported, and connected. You’ll shape how we build relationships with our user base—through events, content, campaigns, and conversations.

You won’t just be managing social channels or replying to comments. You’ll be designing programs that make our customers feel like they’re part of something bigger — and turning that connection into meaningful impact for the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

👋 Support and grow our customer community through events, content, and day-to-day engagement

🎥 Create and share simple stories—written, visual, or video—that highlight how our customers succeed and what they care about

🤝 Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Brand teams to make sure our users feel connected and heard

About you

  • You’ve had some experience in community, marketing, or customer-facing roles

  • You’re confident communicating with different kinds of people, online and in person

  • You’re organised, proactive, and good at keeping things (and people) on track

  • You’ve shown you can grow, maybe by taking on new tasks or stepping into more responsibility

  • You care about making things better, for users, for the team, and for yourself
