The Role

As Channel Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence across our global partner ecosystem. This is a highly collaborative role supporting Zensai’s channel sales, alliances, and indirect revenue growth. You’ll analyze performance data, streamline channel processes, and help scale a repeatable, insight-driven channel strategy. Your work will directly impact how we enable and empower our partners to grow with Zensai as we increase our market reach through channel.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and report on key partner metrics including pipeline, deal registration, win rates, and partner contribution to ARR

  • Create and manage channel dashboards, partner scorecards, and portfolio analyses to provide visibility into performance, coverage, program health and opportunities

  • Optimize operational processes and systems to prepare channel for significant scale in 2026

  • Collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, and Channel leadership to support partner programs, events, and campaigns

  • Maintain data hygiene in CRM and PRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, PartnerStack) and ensure alignment across internal teams

  • Identify bottlenecks or gaps across the entire partner lifecycle, optimize workflows and recommend process improvements or automation

  • Support QBRs, partner planning, and forecasting processes with actionable insights

  • Track and support compliance with partner agreements and program requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Channel Programs, or Sales Analytics in a SaaS or B2B technology environment

  • Experience working large scale distribution marketplaces such as Pax8, TD Synnex, Ingram Micro, etc is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; proficiency in Dynamics (or other CRM) required

  • Experience working with Distribution Marketplace platforms (e.g., Pax8) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into insights that drive decisions

  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional team environment
